Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat-rate of R220 for local shipping of small parcels that are within a weight of up to 4Kg or equal volume limits. Should your parcel be outside these limits, your shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly. This excludes Firearms and ammunition.

Firearms and Ammunition are licensed items and may only be shipped via a licensed firearms courier service. Costs for shipping thereof will be quoted according to weight or volume and delivery location. Gunpowder/Nitrocellulose powder may not be shipped and can only be collected at our store.

Additional payment via credit card, if applicable, is possible.

When more than one item is purchased to be shipped, a quote will be requested from receiving. If the quote is less than our flat rate of R220, then the flat rate of R220 will still be charged.

Export restrictions

Due to trade agreements between us and our overseas suppliers, we are prohibited from exporting Firearms, Firearm spares and Accessories, Ammunition and components therof.

Delivery Times

Your order will only be processed for shipping after the funds reflect in our bank account or after successful payment via credit card.

Our delivery service only runs from Monday to Friday and delivery time is between 2-5 working days.

Courier Service Provider

We use RAM hand-to-hand couriers as our preferred method of delivery. Licensed goods are sent with RAM couriers only.

All shipping is sent via economy service. Should you require an overnight service, please contact us via any of our listed contact methods.
